1. Services
Insomnia Wraps provides automotive customization services including vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, ceramic coating, powder coating, and detailing. All services are performed at our facility located at 1360 Union Hill Road, Suite 6F, Alpharetta, GA 30004.
Service pricing listed on our website is subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed during the consultation or at the time of booking.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via email and/or SMS.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- Vehicle must be clean and free of heavy debris upon drop-off to avoid delays.
- Turnaround time varies by service and will be communicated at booking.
3. Deposits & Payment
- A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- Deposits are non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed, except as outlined in the cancellation policy below.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment will receive a full deposit refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows will forfeit the full deposit.
- Rescheduling is available at no charge if done at least 24 hours before the original appointment.
5. Warranty
Warranties vary by service and material:
- Vinyl wraps: Manufacturer warranty on materials (typically 3-7 years depending on film). Installation warranty covers peeling, bubbling, or lifting for 1 year.
- Paint protection film (PPF): Manufacturer warranty (typically 5-10 years). Covers yellowing, cracking, and delamination.
- Window tinting: Lifetime warranty on ceramic and ceramic IR films. Carbon film covered for duration of ownership.
- Ceramic coating: Warranty per manufacturer specifications.
- Detailing: No warranty on detailing services as results may vary based on driving conditions.
Warranty claims must be inspected at our facility. Damage caused by accidents, improper care, automated car washes, or third-party modifications is not covered.
6. Vehicle Condition & Liability
- Existing paint damage, rust, or imperfections may affect the outcome of wrap and film applications. We will document pre-existing conditions before starting work.
- Insomnia Wraps is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects in the vehicle's paint or body.
- Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing work at the time of pickup. Any concerns must be raised before leaving the facility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insomnia Wraps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Insomnia Wraps and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
